“This was the perfect resort for my family! Staff would send us a text every Morning to check on us and see if we needed anything. They would also send a text to let us know of activities on the property. Only downfall was the breakfast buffet. Save yourself the $$ and eat elsewhere. The food was terrible. Other than that our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be back!”

“Unfortunately, this room was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. We found several dead bugs, including roaches, in different areas of the room. Even worse, there appeared to be a dead bug smeared into one of the pillowcases. The black desk chair had white residue and stains smeared across the seat and back, making it unusable. Affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia con piscine riscaldate ed idromassaggio, camera con 2 letti davvero spaziosa e confortevole, con frigo, microonde, cassaforte, addirittura 2 TV, una di fronte ad ogni letto, wifi veloce. Bagno pulito, doccia grande, buoni prodotti di cortesia. Parcheggil e buona colazione compresi, personale molto gentile”

“One thing that I did like about this property was that check out was simple. It was fast and easy. Additionally, I left my keys in the room in the staff was kind enough to not give me one card, but two replacement cards. Check out with seamless. I would stay here again if I’m in Pensacola.”
